We prioritize materials, components, and standards recognized for their reliability and durability. Each product meets demanding specifications, and the product sheets detail the main components and characteristics.

Are your products tested in real-world conditions?

Yes. Before being put on sale, our products undergo usage, performance, and compliance testing. We do not approve an item based solely on a prototype or theoretical rendering.

How can I tell if an item is suitable for my use?

Are your products suitable for a specific use or set of constraints?

How can I wash my equipment without damaging it?

Always use mild soap and lukewarm water (maximum 30°C), and avoid fabric softener. Hand washing or machine washing on a delicate cycle is preferable. Close zippers and detach straps before washing.

Can I put my equipment in the washing machine?

Yes, if the product is designed for it: backpacks, technical clothing, or covers can be machine washed. Choose a gentle cycle, reduced spin speed, and do not tumble dry. Air drying is recommended for our down products.

How to restore the water repellency of a fabric?

After washing, you can apply a water-repellent treatment (spray or specific DWR wash) to clean, dry fabric. Activate the treatment by quickly tumble drying on a low heat setting or ironing.

My zippers are stuck: what should I do?

Clean the closures with a soft brush and soapy water. Then apply a wax or specific lubricant (for example, dry silicone) to facilitate smooth gliding without attracting dust.

What are your shipping times?

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and the country (generally 3 to 9 business days).

Where do you deliver?

You can have your order delivered anywhere in mainland France, as well as in Europe (excluding Malta).

What if my address is incorrect?

Contact us immediately after placing your order. Once the package has been shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

The packaging is discreet and protective, with no visible external markings. The products are carefully packaged to guarantee their integrity upon receipt.

What if my parcel is late?

We remain available to verify your order with the carrier. Contact us with your order number for prompt assistance.

Do you offer delivery to a collection point?

Yes, the delivery to a collection point option is available at checkout during payment. Choose from our selected carriers and get your order delivered quickly.

How can I track the progress of my order?

Once your order is validated, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.
